Fantini Calalenta Rosato

Fantini Calalenta Rosato is an Italian rosé made from Merlot in Abruzzo. Its very pale pink colour accompanies aromas of strawberry, watermelon and rose petals. Consider it if you enjoy a fresh rosé with juicy fruit.

According to the producer, grapes from around Ortona and Pollutri, at the foot of the Maiella massif, are hand-picked at night and quickly cooled. Fermentation and a short period on the lees take place in stainless steel.

Serve at 10–12 °C as an aperitif or with salad and fish. The producer also suggests delicate vegetarian dishes, fresh cheese and Japanese food.
